WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Our Company collects the following data:
In case of sending a contact form - name, email address.
In the case of sending a recruitment form – name, phone number, email address and other data placed in your CV. The types of personal information that Joinco requests from you and the ways that we process it are determined by the requirements of the Joinco office’s country in which the position is located, and not the country in which you reside. It can include e.g. your contact data, birth date, employment and educational history.


PURPOSE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 
In case of sending a contact form - your personal data will be processed for the purpose of servicing your inquiry.
In the case of sending a recruitment form related to a specific offer - your personal data will be processed for the purpose of implementation of the recruitment process chosen by you and, but only if you give your additional consent, for the purpose of other (current and future) recruitment.
In case of sending a general recruitment form (not related to a specific offer) or provide us with recruitment documents in a different way - your personal data may be processed for the purpose of various (current and future) recruitment processes.



LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In case of sending the recruitment form or in case of providing us with recruitment documents in a different way and in case, if you provide us with your data via the contact form – the legal basis for processing your personal data will be your consent, but in such the accident, just a mere fact of sending a form or providing us with recruitment documents in a different way constitutes your consent to the processing of personal data.


THIRD PARTIES AUTHORISED TO PROCESS DATA AND PROFILING
The disclosed data will not be forwarded to any third party. The recipients of the data will only be the institutions authorized by law. Furthermore, your personal data may be processed by company employees tasked with the pursuit of the goals set out above, who are expressly authorized to process data and have received appropriate data processing guidelines.
The submitted data will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.


OBLIGATORY PROVISION OF DATA
Your data (which are marked as mandatory) must be provided to be able to provide the information requested, therefore if these information are absent the Company will not be able to process the request.


PERIOD FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED
We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or in accordance with time limits stipulated by law, unless further retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or unless a specific time period has been communicated.
